Dear Randy,

On behalf of Terry and myself, I want to wholeheartedly thank you for the splendid job Arkansas Windows and Siding did completely siding our entire Southwind home. We waited 10 long years for just the right opportunity and first-rate business to proceed with this massive project; and without question you unparalleled organization was more than worth the wait.

Foremost, Scott Williams was most pleasurable to meet; and his salesmanship is to be commended. Upon meeting Scott, it became immediately evident to both Terry and me that he is a most hard working and very dedicated individual who loves his work, supports his employees, values his customers and carries out his professional duties both competently and enthusiastically. Thus, within approximately an hour of meeting our acquaintance, Scott had already completely secured our business and sealed the deal. And I love and value the way Scott encouraged us to think outside the box by selecting a cypress green siding with a spruce green trim. And we are most delighted that he did, because the results and beauty of this distinctive greed siding/trim combination were unmatched (as is Scott and his commendable efforts).

And further appreciation and thanks are owed to Todd Sullivan and his entire crew (Kyle, Chris and Jeremy) - the A+++ teeam - for a successful and most breathtaking transformation of our entire Southwind home. After my first meetings and conversations with Todd, I realized that he was one of the most committed and dedicated individuals I knew. This became even more evident with his work ethic, headship, direction and work outcome. By the time Todd and his crew finished, our home was undoubtedly the most spectactular, creative, unique and exceptional (not to mention simply gorgeous) siding work Terry and I have ever seen in our life. Todd and his team completely transformed our home from the ordinary to the extraordinary; and all the while working with a spirit of true excellence, talent, skill and ingenious.

And I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Greg Wilson who was responsible for adding the final touches of love through painting our doors. Greg is a good-hearted soul who embodie all aspects of family, church and life. And I love the way he executed his workw ith patience and quality. And without exception, Greg was helpful, tactful and accessible - all at the same time! It was never a moment where he (similar to Scott and Todd) didn't go beyond the call of duty for the purpose of securing our complete customer satisfaction. And the finished product of Greg's efforts speaks for itself. He always ensured that his work was completed without a spot or blemish. And although Greg was often busy, he (again like Scott and Todd) was always accessible, very patient, extremely pleasant, and most accommodating.
